With over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, I bring a depth of knowledge to real estate that few agents can offer.

I began working in new home construction at just 15 years old, learning the industry from the ground up — literally. From foundations and framing to finishing and final details, I have been involved in every stage of the building process. That early start gave me a true understanding of how homes are built, how they function, and where potential issues can arise.

In resent years before I entered real estate, I had served as a Company Foreman for a respected new home builder in the Carleton Place area. In that leadership role, I’ve overseen projects, coordinated trades, maintained quality control, and ensured homes are delivered to the highest standards. Managing crews and timelines while maintaining construction integrity has sharpened my attention to detail and strengthened my ability to spot both craftsmanship and concerns quickly.

Now, as a licensed real estate professional, I’ve expanded my expertise into home sales — combining practical construction experience with market knowledge. This allows me to provide buyers and sellers with a unique advantage:
